1. Marriage does not solve an already rocky relationship.

2. A child does not save an already rocky Marriage

3. Becoming a Husband at age 23 has more negative effects than positive ones.

4. Becoming a father at 24 can be bittersweet especially when the finances are a mess.

5. Financial Organization is key when trying to live life positively.

6. Never let anyone else look out for your financial interest but yourself. They are looking out for theirs first.

7. The mortgage industry would take a huge nose dive in 2008.

8. Saving money, you should of started 10 yrs ago.

10. Thoughts will Manifest into Things.

    Welcome to savingadvice.com. You will find many friends here. It sounds like you have had a rocky road so far. Let's think positive thoughts for the future. I heartily agree with the one about looking out for your own interests. While I love my husband dearly and I would not have another, he is a poor manager of money, so I do look out for myself. I don't want to have to depend on the government and charity to take care of my needs when I am older.
